1. Mom's doctor appointment--no more appointments until September!!!

2. Although our second radon test came back almost twice as high (10.3, then 19.1), we found someone to fix it for just over $1000--less than I feared.

3. Mom wrote an offer on the house next door. I'm almost afraid to hope...
